I would like to comment about the fact that air quality testing is not being done even though
black mold for some reason or another is found in your apartment.
For those of you with kids pay attention, I have small kids and as you know they are susceptible to mold spore and get
sick really fast, this was the case for me and even though it took them
about a week to figure out what they were going to do with the whole black mold issue.
I'm still very concerned about them not being able to offer air quality testing even after this
black fungus mold was detected growing throughout are walls. I hope in the future that they offer these types
of testing to ensure the safe and health of their tenant is priority, rather then saving a few dollars by not testing.
The good part about this is that I kept a piece of this black mold and have sent it off to be tested. I hope for the sake of Madison that
the result come back negative and that the mold was common, if not then we have a big problem on our hands.
In closing I would like to advise all future tenants to think twice about their decisions to move in.
