When the time comes to move don't expect your deposit back. You must INSIST that the management go on a joint walk thru with you, if not you will be charged with items that will negate your deposit and you will actually end up paying extra above your deposit. This happen to me, I tried to make an appointment for this walk thru but management was always closed or busy. They said they would call but never did, so I stupidly turned in the key and received a bill from a collection agency for extra money. The apartment was cleaned, and I tried to contest this but I had no recourse. They will charge you $2.00 each picture they take of each room. Even tho you clean the apartment, they will come back and say you didn't. Also my vehicle was broken into several times in the parking lot.
