Poor Management for starters

This is one of the worst-managed apartment complexes I have ever lived in. They would ask for paperwork to be signed right away, or money right away, yet stall on their end. I added a person to the lease (which costs $95), the check was cashed right away, and we didn't receive a new lease until I hounded them. Whoever I ended up speaking to after waiting to hear always thought that someone else had handled the situation. The management does not consider the residents a priority. The staff seem put out if you ask for something or ask a question.
The "gym" is a joke. There are very few cardio machines, and you're lucky if they are actually working. At least the pool is nice.
The parking at the complex is also a mess. People seem to be dumping cars there and never moving them. The community is gated, which is also a pain. They put multiple speed bumps in front of the gate, which makes it difficult to use your card to get in, and then just difficult to get in.
The walls are thin, so you hear everything your neighbors do, especially if they're above you.
The safety lighting is nice, but the poor-quality blinds don't block out the light at night. They never replaced my missing verical blinds.
I do not recommend renting from Madison at Stone Creek, mostly due to the poor management and incompetent employees.
