I loved it here did a a few problems though From: lookingforahappyhome Date posted: 4/17/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004 1 response I lived there for a year was going to stay longer but moved to resort apartments. I know when I moved it there was not carbet put in the closet and the carbet had a few stans and there was a pubic hair on the toilet. But I went to the manager and she took money off my rent for it and sent out a cleaning lady. All the people in the office were so polite and knew there leasers, when ever I would walk into the office they would say "HI,______how are you doing'" etc calling you by your name. Mantinace was always out in the day. I had problems with the lawn people trmiming earlier like every week. needless to say the grass looks great, and he stole a few chili peppers from my plant off the porch, but in staff's defense that was a contractor who dose the yard work and not any of them. I was only scared once when I came home real late after going out and my neighbors where in there garage with a few people, one guy looked drugged up and started yelling and casing me the neighbor had to hold him back. He had treaten me and I called the police and filed a report. The guy did not live there he was a friend of the neigbors. Other than that I have always felt safe there. The staff would even put letters on your door for example I recieved one that was telling me about some car break in's a few neighborhoods from us, and told us to be careful. They yould also send out little tips on things I really enjoyed that. I never had any problems with nosie at night and the weight room was just your normal room. Everything worked fine I wouldn't expect it to be like golds gym but for apartments it was good and I used it a few times a week. The gates were nice but they got stuck everyonce in a while I think I about 5 times in the year I was there and 3 of them were in the same month, but they got it fixed. never had problems with bugs or anything everything was always so clean, I would see staff picking up trash every day, as for my deposit when I moved they did take out for shampooing and light cleaning but I got the majority back. I would really recommed you giving them a try. These negative comments I read on here where probally from some pissed off people because most of it is untrue. I only looked out of curiousity because I was looking a a place down staff that had horriable reviews and I wanted to compare it. I may give them a chance now after reading all this that is untrue the other ones are proably untrue as well.

From my experience at Madison at Stone Creek, I doubt that many of the poor reviews are "untrue". I'm seeing a pattern of similar complaints. But I guess it takes common sense to notice those sorts of things. Good luck in your apartment search. Maybe you should ask CJ for some help looking. I'm sure she'd never steer your wrong...
