I stayed here for about 4 years when I first moved to Austin. When I first saw the apartment layout, I knew that's the one I wanted to stay in. I agree that parking wasn't always the best. Staff always greeted me well and did their best to handle any issues I had, (although the only time I ever came in was to pick up packages and drop off the rent usually) Overall, enjoyed my apartment, and if I had to choose again I would have picked the same spot.

Apparently you were the exception to the rule. I guess the apartment staff gets it right occasionally. Sad that they'll probably not have a repeat performance of this for the other residents.
