Madison At Stone Creek Apartments

Not too bad From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/23/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   biggest complaint is the carpet...it stains REALLY easily. i've lived in a lot of apartments, the carpet in this was the worst by far. all the other places never charged a dime for my carpet *light* stains, and i don't think madison charged me a lot, HOWEVER, it looked like ---- after a week, and obviously only deteriorated further from that point onward. i had a garage, so parking didn't mean anything to me. my roommate, however, had a hell of a time finding parking spaces. i would recommend looking at other apartments if you are a 8-5 and party on the weekend person, because parking sucks for normally-scheduled people. lot of kids, noisy sometimes, i didn't like that. neighbors were never too bad. the place is well insulated. management. i always stay away from management in apartments. that is the #1 rule-of-thumb when you move into an apartment: treat is as if they didn't exist. and that about covers it. much better apartments out there, but one of the few with a garage, a pet allowance, and a really good price, and ------ carpet.
