The carpet IS awful. It stains just from your clean shoes walking on it and gets dingy very quickly. Protect yourself because they will make you pay to replace the carpet when you move out. Also, do a walk through and offer to take the pictures for them. We were charged for $50.00 worth of polaroids when we moved out
Parking is a nightmare. Buy a covered space if there is one available.
