Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2007
We opted to buy out of our lease and on top paying this ridiculous amount, they kept our deposit and our credited rent. In the end we owed them money.
Their service was terrible and most of the staff was uncaring and distant from the residents.
The 5 years we lived there, the rent kept increasing and their amenities decreased. They took away the business center, the BBQ grills, pool umbrellas, etc.
The money put into the community was mainly for the front office and pool. You are charged for everything!!!!
