I used to live at Madison and absolutely loved it! I had to move to save money but if I could afford it I would definitely move back here. The maintenance team is always on top of everything. It is very important to me to have a great maintenance team that gets work orders done in an efficient manner. This is definitely a great place to be if you like to have things done in not have to ask twice about it.

Not have to ask twice about it??? The maintanence crew was called REPEATEDLY to fix our sliding glass door that wouldn't lock from the day we moved in. The two windows in the bedroom had a major leak that when it rained, we had our own private waterfall directly onto the carpet. The blinds got wet so many times they actually rusted. The carpet had mildew spots on it near the baseboards. Management refused to call in an outside company to fix the problem as the maintanence staff seemed incapable of solving the issue. Both of these issues were never resolved in the 15 months that we were tenants in ----.

I think this review is posted by an employee of MASC...when their approval percentage goes down they post a positive one. It is quite common. The really good ones (read: fake) sound exactly like words from "--'s" mouth.
