The manager------------ is totally out for herself and not the tenant at all. The apartments are old and falling apart and the manager is milking every dollar out of the residents without making any upgrades or repairs.

All of the appliances are old and non-energy efficient (A/C, Heater, Water Heater, Dishwasher) and the insulation is almost non-existent. The seals around the doors, windows and sliding glass doors are failing and you can see gaps that let in the cold or heat depending on the weather.

The vents and the fire places haven't been cleaned since the property was built almost 20 years ago which is a HUGE safety hazard causing several fires here at the complex and the burning of an entire building at the sister property just a few miles away.

Water and Trash are charged to the renters, but what really sucks about this is that the apartments don't charge you for the water that you use, they charge you what they say is an average of the water usage of your building according to your square footage and number of people in your apartment. When we were paying for the water we used - our bill was 11-15 dollars a month. Now that the apartment complex averages water usage - we pay 30-40 dollars per month. And that really sucks as we are being over charged for what we really use. And that's no fair.

I could go on and on, but I hope that after reading this review you'll make the decision to NOT move into the complex with it's awful manager -------------

YOU ARE A LIAR. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF. HAVING INTEGRITY IS SOMETHING THAT YOU OBVIOUSLY DO NOT POSSESS.

Upset6800 who posted the above information is 100% correct. The only thing that has changed on the totally accurate evaluation is that the property in under new management and has a new manager. I hope that the other items are corrected and fixed as well, but being the change over occurred in August and nothing has been changed yet as of November 4th, 2008 I wonder if there will be any changes made at all. Who ever "roccomarciano" is, this person either works for the management company or is them self a damn liar. Everything stated by Upset6800 was and is correct. The manager that ran the property into the ground is --------- and she alone should be held responsible for the way the property was - we'll see how the new manager and management company react to the problems they bought into. If you doubt anything that Upset6800 has said or what I've confirmed, feel free to contact the apartments themselves at (512)257-4600 and ask them yourself. The facts are the facts and only roccomarciano is the liar here. I've given you their number to prove what has been stated is correct - please call the number to find out for yourself. Don't rely on fakes like roccomarciano to say that telling the truth has anything to do with integrity. Not telling the truth (as roccomarciano has done) is a perfect example of someone who has no integrity.
