MY STUPID NEIGHBOR HAS THIS EXTREMELY HORRIBLE PROBLEM WITH HER TRASH. AND NOW THEY ARE CHARGING CHRISTINA TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS FOR BAG TO CLEAN IT UP, DURING THIS DIFFICULT TIME IN HER LIFE. THE MANAGERS ARE UNFORGIVING AND THICK HEADED BRUTES WHO ARE UNFAIR. IF AT ALL POSSIBLE, STEER CLEAR OF THE APARTMENTS MADISON AT STONY CREEK.

Sounds like the witch beind the managers desk is still up to her money grab! To bad they havnt bothered to find a replacement for her yet. It would be benificial to the company and to the tenants if they did!

The problem is with the parent company Equity. The fact that they haven't fired the manager after so many complaints (and some legal issues) is proof that she does what matters most...she brings in money. Even if she is not ethical, Equity doesn't care because all they care about is money. Something to note: if you write Equity some nasty emails, sometimes they DO go up the chain of command. Don't just review here, write the company!
