This apartment complex has horrible management and maintenance. We were on a waiting list for a garage and never got one then received a letter with about 30 open a month before we were leaving. They dont maintain their laundry room. Our dishwasher was leaking everywhere and they came to fix it twice and the second time said "You dont know how to wash dishes" Well to say the least, I had no dishwasher for 4 months of my time there and it still wasn't fixed when I moved out. The gates are never working even though you pay for gate cards. Would never recommend this place to anyone. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S

I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR OVER A YEAR...WHEN HAS THE GATE EVER NOT WORKED? YOU TOOLS NEED TO GET A GRIP ON REALITY. THE STAFF HERE IS BUSINESS ORIENTED AND THAT'S THE WAY YOU RUN A SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS. IN FACT, I HAVE CALLED ON ISSUES CONCERNING MY DISHWASHER AND MY GARBAGE DISPOSAL AND THEY FIX THE ISSUE WITHIN 48 HRS. THE POOL IS ALWAYS SPARKLING CLEAR...WORK OUT ROOM AND SAUNA ALWAYS CLEAN. IT SEEMS TO ME THAT YOU OBVIOUSLY HAD ISSUES THAT WERE SELF INFLICTED. PAY YOUR RENT ON TIME, LEAVE THE APT UNSCATHED/DAMAGED AND THERE WILL BE NO ISSUES. THIS IS JUST YOU GUYS USING THIS WEBSITE TO BUTCHER A PERFECTLY RUN APT COMPLEX. STOP MINIMIZING YOUR MISTAKES. BE AN ADULT AND TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR OWN ACTIONS.

Well maybe managment has changed since I left these apartments, Im not asking for an arguement, I posted my thoughts on the apartment complex and we had nothing but trouble with them. I am in Riverton Apartments and haven't had a single problem. So you apparently need to grow up honey because I am very responsible for my actions think you very much!!!!
