I absolutely hate living here... our lease is almost up and we will be moving as far away from these apartments as possible! DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE FOOL YOU! These apartments look nice from the outside, and they seem nice when you move in, but after that be ready for alot of DISAPPOINTMENT! We have had problems from day 1 of living here, and none of them were ever fixed... that's a sad thing. I pay someone $800 a month, and I expect them to pay me back by keeping up the place and do the maintenance that the complex needs. We've had ALOT of bug problems, that have NEVER been bothered to be fixed by the complex. And as for the apartment employees' LAZY AND RUDE! They don't seem to care for the people living at the complex. Even trying to complain to the site manager is a waste of time... the WORST manager I've ever met. She is a racist *****. She honestly does not care about anyone that lives here, or the issues with the complex. She comes to make her money and basically that's it. Please don't waste your time or money living here... it's awful. Rating them on a scale of 1-10: they wouldn't even be a 0

I totally agree. It's really a shame too. It's a nice complex in a nice area that is just being managed into the ground and abuses the people who pay their bills - the residents. It's really a shame that Equity Residential allows ------------(the manager of this property) to let this happen. Why does she still have a job here?????

It is one thing to complain about your apartment community, but a totally different situation for bashing the manager by name. This is a small world, and while yes you do not like her you are very possibly tainting her name. I'm sure she is only upholding her companies' policies and procedures, so shouldn't you slander the company? Obviously, she has retained her job for a reason?? Not only that, but did you ever think she was a person as well with a family? So slamming her name on the internet is completely distasteful. I'm sure she could slam everyone one who's complaining with ugly move-out pictures of a trashed apartment, but she didn't! So show some respect for her and yourself!

--------- brings this sort of response on herself. She was the sole reason we decided to move. Paying to get out of our lease was well worth it just to avoid having to deal with her every time something went wrong with the unit. Sadly enough, things went wrong there quite often. (ie. fire alarms going off at all hours of the night when there was no fire or smoke, no fire alarms going off when there actually WAS a fire, window sills leaking profusely every time it rained even though maintenance had "fixed" the problem 3 times already, sliding glass door locks would not lock, being told that we couldn't park our car with a car cover on it in our reserved and paid for carport spot, made to find a replacement tenant for the garage we had leased even though we paid the specified amount to break that lease too, etc...) Then she had the nerve to accuse us of having pets even though we didn't and even offered to let her come and personally inspect our apartment to prove we had none. Thankfully, the corporate office removed the pet violation charge from our account when they confirmed that -- had made a mistake with her information. A fact that -- refused to admit. So as far as tainting her name??? lol, she's done a hell of a good job herself with that one. Here's a thought, if you don't want people associating their bad experiences with you personally, stop being such a ----- to people when they come to you for help. We were nothing but nice to her and the staff during our time there. We even bought the staff gift certificates to various stores in hopes that would help "grease the wheels" to get our requests processed in a more timely manner. But nothing worked. My recommendation is to stay as far away from this complex as possible.
