Big security issue/ bad customer service

i would not recoment anyone renting these apartment even for free. there s no safety. can not count on management. there were 3 break ins in past month and they said s its local police or resident responsibility not apartments. their aprtment quality s very poor. need to call almost every week to have something fix and they keep record how many times you are calling for service and will advice how to use things instead of fixing it. plzzzzzzzz do not rent these apartments. you will not get your deposit back either. they do have laundry rooms but out of 6 machines may be 1 be in working conditions. for us its been 10 month and have not seen more than 2 washer working at a time.No fixes at all
