Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2007
I lived at MSC for 5 yrs and only moved when I bought my own home. I started in a 2nd flr 2 bdrm and moved to a 1st flr 3 bdr. Parking was always an issue so I rented a parking space. IT WAS AWFUL!!! $35 for the carport was ridiculous, but I was desperate at that point. I could never find a spot! Noisy neighbors was also always an issue at both units. I complained to mgt A LOT. I even called the police a few times. I got some support, but decided home ownership was more worth my effort. Noise is expected in a complex with multiple bdrm units but constant noise and disrespect from above got to be ridiculous. There were always new people in the office,but I never had any issues. I decided to review the complex because I lived there for a long time, even though I've been gone 2 yrs.
