I have lived in Austin my entire life and I have moved 9 times. I have liked everywhere I've resided but I was never completely satisfied. Well I am now! I absolutely LOVE my new home.
First of all the location doesn t get much better, you are close enough in that you aren t spending all your time on the road but far enough out that you don t end up paying and exorbitant amount for something that s falling apart. Plus every thing you really need is around the corner, 2 grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, night life, entertainment, great schools; the list goes on and on.
Next the office staff is friendly and knowledgeable. When I toured the property the first time I was sold before I even saw the unit, the grounds are nicely kept and the pool is never dirty. The spa is always hot AND they have a steam room and a dry sauna!! The fitness center in nice and saves me money (no gym memberships to pay). They also have a wireless cafe area inside! I m telling you this place is fantastic!
Now for the actual apartment... I have a garden tub!!!! I can not tell you how happy it made me to see that. The floor plan is perfect, 9 foot ceilings, crown molding, fans in the living room and the bed room (some thing that is actually kind of hard to find)and a huge bed room (I just got a king sized bed, my first!). I lucked out on my view too; it is so privet and relaxing.
I could continue this but I think I have made my point. I am a very happy resident and I plan on staying here until I buy a house.
