Everything everyone else has said is correct.

One thing though, I did have my truck broken into, it happens. And some guy told me some hoodlum looking teens were eyeing his truck, which he promptly removed his speakers from.

We'll see if I get to keep my current lease rate come this feb. If so, I'll prolly stay.

I came from another madison, the one at wells branch. I would have stayed there for $120 bucks cheaper but the arboretum is right next to my job. Mopac/1325 traffic seems to get worse everyday.

Had AC issues at first, they tried to fix, no avail. Put in a second request, replaced leaky coils, AC like new. All within about 2 weeks or less.

I have only heard my neighbors once, when the astros' Jeff Kent hit a 3 run homer. hehe
