I recently moved from Madison at the Arboretum after living there for about 5 years. It was a great place to live. For the most part the property is quiet, well-maintained, offers some great greenbelt views and the office staff is very helpful and friendly. It's located in a convenient area with easy access to the shops in the Arboretum and grocery stores. I did have a few problems with a noisy neighbor but that's something you risk any time you share a wall. Fortunately, most of the apartments in the community share only one wall. There are also a lot of deer in the area. All in all, if you're going to live in an apartment it would be hard to find a better place to live.

Yeah, maybe a nice policy would be to warn people about the second rape. There was no warning at all. We get flyers for minor things like keeping trash off the patios but a second rape is not worthy of a flyer. Oh and thanks for hiring security. Oh wait, you didn't.

Isn't this message nice? This resident sure did love living here. Loved it so much they decided to write what sounds oddly just like their marketing paragraphs. Seriously? The employees have to actually post fake reviews in order to get people to look at this property. This is pretty sad and a preview of the type of people you are dealing with.

The rapes might be a good thing to know about if you are a female resident out walking late at night but madison at the arboretum doesn't think so... they'd rather make a profit by issuing fines for decorations, trash, noise, etc. than keeping their residents safe and informed. hmmm.... in agreement with everyone else, That says a lot about this place and the people you will be dealing with if you live here.
