Been here 6 months and already they have slapped a 12% rent increase.
The apartment complex is as ancient as they come and if you are not careful you might get stuck with really old appliances and furnishings, not to mention the yellowing sinks and bathtubs.
Only "some" apartments have good views. Check before moving in - whether you are moving in to the apartment that indeed has the view! Despite promise, got a crappy view.
The management is totally unresponsive - all they care about is the rent.
Look around, you would find places that are much better and cheaper than this place.
I for one,would not recommend this place to anyone.

Just because you aren't willing to pay it, doesn't mean someone else isn't. Market changes are based on what others will pay. Don't be cheap.
