I moved into this complex in 2008, and shortly thereafter it was sold to a new management company. First, my air conditioning broke, and it took them over three weeks to replace it (in the meantime I lived in a 90 degree apartment, as they would not move me to another unit or pay for a hotel). Since then, the complex has had numerous criminal activities, including a frequent peeping tom. Also, in general, while the exterior property is well maintained, the interior of the apartments are average at best. Do not be convinced by the pictures on their website of the "newly" renovated units, as only part of the complex is renovated. Overall, I do not recommend the Madison at the Arboretum.
