This complex is overpriced for the local market. Even though it is a "luxury" apartment complex, it offers few amenities to justify itself as luxury. The pool is small, and while some of the units have a good view, most of the apartments are old and unrenovated. There is also no private garages on the property. As a resident, I feel that this complex primarily caters to college students, as I frequently hear my neighbors parting on weekends. So, if you are looking for a quiet, safe place to live I recommend that you look elsewhere.
