Yep, google David Paez Gonzales. They didn't do background checks and rented to him. Even worse, they didn't send out warning when the rapes happened but they did send one out after the guy was caught. There is no security at all.

Background checks are done on ALL applicants who apply. Anyone who has commited a crime that is violent in nature is not allowed to live at The Madison at the Arboretum.

Yeah cool, so I guess the fact that he was on parole for robbery is neither here nor there, huh? At least he got kicked out after 2 rapes. We should be grateful?

I love how the "staff" replies and justifies all negative reponses about the property. Just goes to show you what kind of sleaze balls you're dealing with. A group that is attempting to justify RAPE. Really classy. First of all "management" let the people speak. You have a crap complex and worse employees. You can't justify your lack of competance. THe people have spoken. You guys suck at life.

You are the one that is trying to not let the people speak. Any time there is a positive remark you assume that it is from managment. Really? Get over yourself. If you do not like the place do whatever you have to to get out. I know it costs money, but if you really are so against the place just pay up and move on. Regards, Your neighbor
