RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!! Literally. This property has got to rank as one of the absolute worst properties in the area. The staff and management aren't capable of running a Subway much less an apartment community. Not to mention the amount of crime in that area from RAPE to assault you'd be better off living off of Rundberg, at least you wouldn't be paying over a grand a month. You think paying so much in rent would get you treated a little better when you approach the office about anything. At best they would grunt and point to whatever it was that I asked about. God forbid they get off their enlarged rear ends to actually help you and make you feel as if you're paying their salary and that they're grateful to have you there. If you're looking into this property and doing your research I highly highly advise that you look somewhere else and never look at this property again.

You have the wrong property. There are no leasing agents here. There are also no computers in the office that have access to Facebook.

Yea, i agree you have the wrong property. The office doesnt even have leasing agents, no one has ever been assaulted here and there hasnt been any break ins either. Not sure which property your talking about but it cant be this one.

I love how the "staff" replies and justifies all negative reponses about the property. Just goes to show you what kind of sleaze balls you're dealing with. A group that is attempting to justify RAPE. Really classy. First of all "management" let the people speak. You have a crap complex and worse employees. You can't justify your lack of competance. THe people have spoken. You guys suck at life.

To the above comment, SERIOUSLY! The office staff and maintenance sucks! The office staff are rude, unprofessional, lazy, and do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING in the interest of the residents. The maintenance staff are equally incompetent and lazy. They won't even get out of their golf carts to pick up trash.. come on! The staff was SO MUCH BETTER before the management switch and all these new-hires/transfers in the office. there's no reason to be paying over 1000 dollars in this complex! And it's obvious that the staff are the ones writing all these BOGUS defenses to the negative comments. Such crap! DON'T LIVE HERE, THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE! Save yourself the few hundred dollars and live somewhere else!
