	Noise in lower level apartments is VERY disturbing. Floor/Ceiling insulation is non-existent. You hear footsteps,door's closing,cabinet's closing,music,dishwashers and washing machines. Enough vibration to rattle the pictures on the walls and things in kitchen cabinets. Not much help from management.
