Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
Nice park access, good views to north. Fair priced. Relatively stylish apartments. They will be obvious to you before you move in.
Things not obvious to you:
Management would never return phone calls. Trash would pile up on the weekends. Our plumbing was very loud. Our neighbors were loud.
Maintenance was prompt and courteous. However, they would tend not to replace worn out materials, but rather, rig them so you could call them back in a couple of months.
