I will agree with the other comments made by others. Overall a nice place to live BUT the water bill has doubled and no one can explain why. When you call the office and speak to who I believe is the asst manager, she is very shrot with you and very rude. We will not be renewing because of that. You can always smell if your neighbor is cooking something and too bad for us our place always smells like an Indian restaurant. And yes, maintenance will come the same day but it's not fixed correctly. Last but not least it took days to get a renewal letter and everytime we called, they kept changing the day it would be here and for some odd reason no one would give a rate over the phone!!
