Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005
small and overpriced, particularly on a month-to-month rental. cleaned apartment thoroughly prior to moving out and was charged for new carpet. lived there for 2 1/2 years and they claimed wear and tear was excessive. service was mediocre and window in living room leaked during heavy rain entire time i lived there despite repeated complaints to management. definitely would not recommend.
