Don't let the park and location fool you. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/3/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   It all began with them telling me that I could post date a check for my pet deposit. After cashing it early and trying to charge me for it, they stated that they do not take post dated checks. The assistant manager is about as rude and fake as they come. After looking there and deciding to move in I go to give a check and she has the whole staff in the weight room showing off her wedding dress! I waited ten minutes before being helped, and again, she is the assistant manager. She then told me lies and gave threats when I went to break my lease 3 months later. They also stated that there is 2 feet of sub-flooring....load of crap, more like 2 inches of sub-flooring. I could tell you where the guy above me was at all times. The guy below me complained and the office manager called me about my ALARM CLOCK for the love of god.....give me a break.
