When we moved in a year ago, the a/c was broken (as was the garbage disposal and our mailbox) so technically they shouldn't have moved us into an apartment that wasn't ready to be moved into, HOWEVER I mentioned our troubles to the manager and not only was everything fixed promptly, they gave us a gift card to HEB. We have had ZERO problems since the move-in and have recently renewed our lease. The staff is always very busy but very attentive and friendly. I have absolutely no complaints and enjoy living here very much. The park is a great backdrop for our patio, and the people who live here are kind and respectful for the most part (except the ones with massive brand new SUV's that park across 2 spots in the "small car only" areas, but that's hardly a reason to not live here!). The location between Mopac and I35 is wonderful, and fantastic places like The Canary Roose and Cafe Java as well as ACC Northridge are within walking distance. I highly recomend this property!
