Mgmt Doesn't Listen

I've lived at MWC for almost 2 years and will be glad to move out. I have a meth lab underneath me that Mgmt, when I complained, said they have no right to do anything about. They don't seem to mind the ammonia odor and the bathroom vents running 24/7. The local police substation didn't return my voice mail message about it, but I'm hoping they at least did a little investigation. I have pot smoking neighbors across from me who make Cheech & Chong movies look like real life. The stairwell stays filled with pot smoke smell from 11am to 11pm. Mgmt turns a blind eye. We have almost monthly letters on our doors from Mgmt about the car break ins and warning us to not leave valuables in our cars in order to (hopefully) cut down on the number of vehicles that are burglarized. Our complex also has had two fires in the last year. Building #9 was devastated but instead of knocking it down and rebuilding it completely, the burned parts were removed from the second and third floors and anything that appeared undamaged stayed--and was rennovated. I received my lease renewal letter which stated my new rent would be X amount. When I went in to sign it had mysteriously gone up because "the market fluctuates". I showed them the letter with the rent listed and after they called corporate, I was able to sign at the rent listed in the letter instead of market rate for that day. Why bother giving me an amount if you're going to jack it up' I have recurring maintenance issues...or rather, the same issue recurs and maintenance has to come fix it again. I thought maybe after the third time they'd fix it for sure, but I was wrong.

The only good thing I can say is that these apartments look nice on the inside and outside. Unless, you get water damage from "an old roof leak" and they don't repair/repaint the ceiling in your utility room and storage.
