I moved in here about 6 months ago and I love it. The leasing staff is great! Parking is not the best, but you can purchase your own reserved garage or covered parking to help combat that. I have a wonderful view over looking the green belt. I have 2 bed 2 bath and it just myself and little kitten! We love it here. It is so close to everything you need- Austin Community College, Wal-Mart, 183, I-35 and MOPAC, The bank, the dr's, CVS, the car wash, office depot ect. ect. A very clean area, close to everything. While I might disagree that Austin Community College belongs on the list of "everything you need" (you should check out that school downtown--the one with the big tower), this is a nice apartment complex.
