Can't totally agree with Darma on 1/28/2006

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002
 
I lived in building 7 in 2002, and I could hear my neighbor upstairs practice in his band almost nightly. I could also hear when the couple got into a fight, granted not that often. Car alarms were going off on all hours of the night. Manangement was ----, I finally had to move!
