Mice..... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/15/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I lived here for 6 months. My apartment was located on the 3rd floor. At night I would hear something in the kitchen, so finally one night I went to investigate & there was two mice near the fridge. First thing the next morning I informed management & guess what they did...they offered mice traps. Can you beleive that!!! One week had passed & mice were still entering my apartment ( once again I am on the 3rd floor). So, I called the rental association. They informed me to write a letter & send it certified stating they have one week to resolve the problem or I can legally break my lease. The next date an exterminator was at my apt. He informed me the mice were coming from the vent used for the dryer. He also sealed the vent, because at the time I did not have a washer & dryer. He informed me that mice were living inside the wall of the building. I did not see anymore mice, but as soon as my lease was up.....I was OUT!!! Also, the parking sucked!
