I love it! It is a peaceful place in a good Austin area with lots of places (shopping centers, restaurants, movies, etc) nearby. The staff is really good and caring. The bad reviews really do not do the place any justice! I was surprised to read them. It is pet friendly of course. Rent is not the cheapest, but it is worth the safety and quality of apartments. My congratulations to the staff and the management company (Equity). :-) Good job!!!

Hmmm, let's see: staff not doing anything when maintenance enters WITHOUT NOTICE, horrific parking, and I wouldn't call car jacking safe. Yeah, you probably work here and aren't getting any commission lately.

No, I don't work there. I just see the place for what it is. Staff has always given me a notice as to when maintenance is planning on entering to change an a/c filter or anything like that. And yeah, I know parking is not the greatest, but who cares? Walk a little bit! Just because you have to park across the direct parking space from your apartment does not mean parking is horrific. Exercise, be positive! If you don't want to walk, then lease a parking space. As for crime, go to the CIty of Austin official website and check the crime rate for the complex. It is very low! Of course crime happens everywhere and there is no guarantee it won't happen to anyone. Anyone knows that. But overall, the crime rate is very low and I feel very safe.

a) actually the AUSTIN POLICE DEPARMENT website says it is very high b) having to walk more than a quarter mile to get to your apartment when it is pitch black out is unsafe for any female. period.
