I lived here for 2 years 2005-2007. Maintenence is a joke it takes then the FULL 48 hour promise to get things fixed. The parking is a joke more than half the spots at this complex are "small car only" or "compact car only". Even a "small compact" car doesnt fit in these spots unless you take 2 spots or feel like banging another car or exiting through the trunk. The entrance is messed up too small and theres always a fed ex or ups trucks blocking it. Management sucks everytime i order a package online it takes them 1-3weeks after it was delivered to tell me, i work to 3am everyday and i somehow get noise complaints during the work week when im working...tThey have gardeners cut and mow and blow the grass at 9 in the morning. People like to park in your shaded parking that you pay for but who cares right i mean i only pay for it. crackheads lived next to me and when i reported them after SMELLING crack in my own apartment it took them 3 months to do something. I don't smoke and i got complaints for cigarette butts. It is getting better but i don't want to risk any more of my time and money here
