This started out as a comment to someone else about the parking, but then I got to yapping...

I agree about the parking problem; I do have a small car, but if I get home after 11 PM I have to park halfway across the complex. Otherwise, so far so good, but I've only been here a month. I moved from a horrible rat-infested place up the street, though, so by comparison I'm pretty thrilled! No rats, no cars with plastic wrap instead of windows, no one busting holes through the fence; doesn't take much to make me happy. The air conditioning compressor is right outside one bedroom window and a bright outside light is outside the other, which doesn't bother me but might bother someone else, so if you don't get to see your exact apartment before you rent, at least take a look at the outside.

I have lived here for 5 months and have not had a problem.I hope that doesnt come back to haunt me after writing this. Really the only problem is all the dog poop. People do not clean up after there dogs! Do NOT walk in the grass here. Parking can be a problem if you get home late. And when my upstairs neighbors cook cabbage once a week my whole apt smells for a day. Other than that it has been fine. I have never lived in an apt complex so i assumed this was the norm. I did notice recently a police presence.
