UPDATE 4/19/2009
I'm growing a bit concerned about the crime in the area which is making it hard to justify sticking it out here after my 2nd year, especially with more affordable "luxury" apartments opening up nearby. I have a very noisy neighbor who I've personally confronted about 4 or 5 times now, and reported to the police and the office staff at least 2 times, but every now and then I am kept up all night by loud music. This alone is making me wish I could get in a house. Also, a stairwell near me caught on fire not long ago which was very scary but it was fixed quickly. Other than that, this place has still treated me well, but I wouldn't recommend living in the units farther back towards the rear entrance or the park.

This was the first apartment I got (all by myself) and I find it to be a pretty good deal...after checking out similar apartments in the area I found that this was the only place that was affordable but not completely trashed out/ghetto and didn't try to shove pet rent down your throat. They make you purchase renter's insurance you can't really try to avoid this because more apartment complexes are recognizing that it is a smart move.
I've not lived here for a year yet, but I've been pleased so far. Parking is no longer an issue for me because I purchased a carport, and my neighbors are usually pretty quiet. The place is in a very nice location, with a large park in the backyard and plenty of shopping close by.

I live in the back; and, yeah, it's terrible. One of my friends lives towards the front, and his place is just as bad.
I hate this place and can't wait to leave.
