I've lived here since August 2008 and am counting the days until my lease expires. The staff is completely unprofessional right down to personal attacks on their residents (I talk with as many of my neighbors as possible and the story is always the same). As soon as you move-in, they simply don't care about ANY of your concerns/complaints...
It took me from August until February to get my name entered into the gate. One agent even went as far as to tell me I had probably written my number wrong.
They didn't give me an electronic gate-opener until AFTER I had lived here for two months, and got locked out when the gate randomly worked. After staying with a friend for a night, I hit the leasing office and was lectured about not wearing shoes. (I'm sorry. I worked a double, and got locked out. I didn't feel like wearing heels'!)
The gate has opened on the exit side for the past six weeks- after being broken entirely for two months. Any guests will have to dial in, reverse, then go in the exit side which has a weird wall that is easy to hit if the guest's car is bigger than a Ford Tempo.
People's apartments and cars are broken into all the time. Once a month, the office issues the standard "Lock your doors" memo to the residents (no-doubt to protect themselves legally instead of taking care of the problem).
They have EXTREMELY small spaces for parking(I drive a two seater, and *I'm* saying they're small!)- and once a week the complex has a towing company come out to tow EVERYONE even a smidge on the white line. Seriously, if you drive a standard sedan, you won't fit in the parking spaces. Invest in a Honda DelSol, or save money for towing.
The complex doesn't care if residents make noise, have random people move in, have huge dogs, cause problems in the parking lot at 3am, etc. The complex will do nothing about complaints. I've been complaining weekly about a noisy neighbor for months. I've written letters, I've called the cops... The complex doesn't care.
The lawns are full of poop and litter.
The pools are disgusting.
If you cause lots of problems and have been evicted from multiple complexes, this is probably the place for you...
If you actually work for a living, go to school, have kids, or enjoy sleep...
