Going downhill fast

I've lived here for over two years now and was pretty happy until the new management, Northland, took over. I'm definitely considering a move now.
Here's why:
- Unprofessional office staff. They aren't rude, but just not bright. It's like kids are running the office.
- Very poor communication from office. For example, gate codes being changed without notifying residents.
- Decreased office hours, and a couple times the office has been closed during regular hours.
- Lots of trash around the complex.
- No enforcement of balcony policies, so there are some pretty trashy balconies too.
- Limited free parking, but lots of rental garages (many of which are used to store management golf carts, maintenance equipment, etc.)

I agree the reduced office hours really suck. Most of us have day jobs, ya know.
