Generally a good place to live.

* Parking sucks after 7pm or so.
* I personally have had no problems with noisy neighbors.
* The grounds are kept in good shape, gardeners come weekly and other issues are taken care of promptly. also, the lighting is adequite and bulbs are replaced relatively quickly. The gates previously mentioned in another review as being "always open" actually do close at 7pm and open up around 7 or 8 in the morning, I believe.
* Maintenance responds quicky, but expect to hear. "such and such is on order" if it's what they think is a superficial request or too much work. Then don't expect to hear back on it unless you put in another request. (In my case, a couple very cracked entry tiles that I noticed when I moved in.)
* Office staff seems to have basic general knowlege and has been friendly and helpful.
In general, I'd say that the complex itself is a good place to live. Keep in mind that Howard Ln. gets very congested in the morning and afternoon, usually backing up onto north Metric Blvd all the way past the complex, making getting in and out at peak traffic times annoying. If you can handle that and the few things I listed above, you'd probably like this complex.
