Management can be a bit condescending and I agree with previous posters that some can be rude.

Top Annoying Things

1. Parking - A lot of visitors hog up the
parking until they get finished partying or whatever and leave around 10pm. You'll park quite a distance from your place or outside the gates if you come home
between 7 and 9.

2. "Security Gates" - I'll admit
I'm biased against gated communities. Just a false sense of exclusiveness or safety or something. Get real folks, we're living in a cookie-cutter rental apartment in one of the cheapest places in the country. It's
NOT prestigious, gates or no gates!

3. Garbage - I guess maybe it's the people moving in and out all the time who fill these up or they only have 1 dumpster
per 50 residents or something. The poor maintenance guys have to pick up the trash around the dumpster
almost every day.

4. "NOTICES" - Previous poster was right. Management is prone to making up rules,
giving short notices with threats, and lately, even making up new things that are "against the law" as a
threat.

Good Things
1. Maintenance staff is really cool and tries their best.
2. Nice apartment layouts, but recent rental increases a bit too much for this part of Austin. Buy a house instead if you can.
