Pretty good value overall. - Only complaint is that they increase the rent every year, but I think that's everywhere. I've compared the increased amt to other comparable apts & they're not out of the normal range. So, I obviously don't like the increase each year, but I don't think I'm getting a bad deal. Office staff is usually very nice. Mainenance staff isn't overly friendly, but they usually take care of everything, as far as I can tell. Gate is almost always broken, but grounds are well maintained. The insides of the apt seem to be really quiet. I almost never hear my neighbors, (but I'm the top floor, so it may be a different story if someone lives above you.) Outside noise depends on where you live in the complex, but even when it's crazy at the pool & tennis courts, it doesn't usually get too bad.
