Is doing ok but the gates have been open for almost 3 weeks now - broken I guess' Parking still is not good and sometimes requires parking many buildings away from your own, and now they tow for improper parking : (

The broken gates are a lease breaker for me. We moved into this apartment complex because of the gates and feel we pay more rent for that feature. We are being patient ONCE AGAIN while they have an opportunity to make the needed repairs and reprogram all the entrance fobs. As for the parking your right. That remains an issue. We walk early mornings and watched as they towed blatant violators. Have not seen anyone towed for awhile. Makes me mad when my husband has to park outside the gates and walk in. Guess those who compalined about the towing were heard over those of us complain about the parking. Make your voice heard at the office. I don't think they pay much attention to our postings here.
