Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
I lived at these apartments for over a year. In that time, the management/office staff was replaced at least 3 times.
Rarely was an issue satisfied (household work order, etc.) on the first request. The management was rude, and unprofessional.
When we decided not to renew our lease, they offered us a significantly reduced rate to stay, we were so unhappy we declined the offer, and moved to a place more expensive, but it's worthwhile.
Do'nt be fooled by the putting green listed either, it's not a putting green. It has the same grass as the rest of the landscaping, and is rarely cut.
Parking is a nightmare, no spaces available after 6:00PM - they towed my car for parking in a no parking area, but their staff parks in that SAME SPOT everyday.
Several vehicle break ins in the parking lot - police on site often for domestic issues.
