We've lived here 6 months or so and the apartment isn't bad as far as the lay out. The fireplace isn't very feasible but it's Austin. Upstairs neighbors can be annoying and you can hear every footstep including the pets. The maintenance is good and the place is well kept. Leasing agents we've dealt with have been extremely helpful and freindly.
However, the gate that we had to pay $50 per remote to open, stays open all the time. We had big hipe that the gate was being repaired and it worked on one side for one day. They still have our $50 per remote and we still have our remotes we don't need. We have found that the office staff above leasing is rather unfreindly. No smile,no resident retention, no nada!
All and all it is not a bad place and the people we've made gotten to know are nice. The rent isn't bad if you don't mind the traffic to get here.
