Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
I have lived at Madison at Wells Branch for about a year and will be buying a home soon,so I will be moving.
But I wanted to take time to recomend this community to other people,as I have overall enjoyed my stay.
The location and the office staff is what sold me at first,they were friendly and everything seemed nice and clean and well maintained.
Then most of the office staff left and I wasn't as impressed,they seemed fake and non caring sometimes and I just didn't get the same good feel that I did.And I even considered moving after my six months were up.
But the one thing that has kept me here for so long has to be the maintenance staff,I think there are three of them but not sure.
They are all always very polite and have serviced my needs very well,usually within the same day they are at my apartment to fix any problem I might have,and if it can't be fixed{parts needed}its usually within the next few days.I have even had a few after hour problems and they respond very fast and in a good mood,Im not sure I would be to happy to be at work at 2 in the morning.
Overall Equity is standing by there policy with this group of people.
They made my life easy.
