The apartment is great for the price. A lot of square footage, huge patio, lots of trees around, well maintained grounds. The minuses- construction in the neighborhood makes for constant noise, some shoddy workmanship in the apartment itself (paint falling from the roof on the balcony, shoddily covered former-hole in the wall, one of the smoke alarms is too small for the hole in the ceiling),wasps every summer, insulation in my second bedroom is very poor, and the traffic in the morning is the pits. However, this apartment management team is much, much better than the previous one. When I first moved in, they had some very unfriendly, inexperienced, just plain rude people in there. This team is very likeable and easy to work with!! Maintenance staff has always been very friendly and efficient.
