Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
The apartment is clean, nice, and accessable toall of north austin. Once the construction is finished on N. MOPAC it will be a great place to live.
The pool is small, but never that busy, along with the onsight work out facilities.
The drawbacks to this complex are as follows:
The office staff, in particular the onsignt manager, is not accomidating. When I first moved it this was not the case, but there was turn-over. The construction does pose a problem at this time. I am haveing extreme difficulty getting all of my money back from Equity since I have moved out.
Side note: I love the maint. guys!! Theyare great, and do a wonderful job!!!
