Rent keeps going up and so does Crime

I moved here 3 yrs. ago and loved it in the beginning. Then the rent started going up and so did vandalism. My car was broken into last year as was several others (one was even taken at gunpoint.) At least they sent out a notice. Our rent keeps going up with every renewal and so we won't be renewing again. The fitness center is a sauna in the summer. The A/C is has been off for the last 2 weeks. I can say that the maintenance is amazing (Tracey and Mark.) They always respond fast and fix it right the first time. Move here only if you get a great deal, can afford a garage for your car, and don't mind the rent going up with each renewal.
