Great, but very noisy!

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
I really liked living here at first but that was before all the construction started. I lived on the third floor, which had a great view but the walls were paper thin so I could hear my neighbor constantly coming in late at night(2:00am to 4:00am. The maintenance people were great. I had only a few minor issues and they always responded with in three hours of my call. They were even kind enough to change out my air filter every month, since I have bad allergies. I liked the layout of the one bedroom and the closet space was huge. Overall, I would recommend this place but only if the construction has ceased becuase like I mentioned earlier, it was very, very noisy.
